Terms and conditions
This section defines how the product may be used, what remains under user control, and where third-party dependencies set hard operational limits.
Service scope
LONTSI helps SaaS teams, founders and operators turn product updates, release notes, changelogs, RSS feeds and ideas into X-native drafts that can be reviewed, scheduled and published through a visual calendar and automation workflow.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your account secure, maintaining accurate billing information and ensuring that connected X accounts and external feeds are connected with proper authorization.
Acceptable use
- Do not use LONTSI to spam, manipulate engagement, impersonate others, deceive users or violate X automation policies.
- Do not connect feeds, blogs, changelogs or RSS sources unless you have the right to use their content.
- Do not publish unlawful, infringing, harmful, hateful, misleading or abusive content through the Service.
- Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, security controls, billing controls or third-party API restrictions.
Suspension, termination and appeal
We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, security risk, abuse, unlawful activity, violation of these terms or behavior that may harm LONTSI, other users or third-party services. When practical, we will notify you by email or in-product notice and explain the reason. You may appeal by contacting support@lontsi.app with relevant context.
AI features and review obligations
LONTSI may use AI to generate, summarize, rewrite or reformulate draft posts based on prompts, connected feeds, changelogs and user settings. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, inappropriate or unsuitable for your audience. You must review drafts before publishing and you remain responsible for any Content you approve, schedule or publish.
LONTSI does not guarantee follower growth, revenue, engagement, reach, visibility or business results from AI-generated or scheduled Content.
Content ownership and license
You keep ownership of Content you submit, generate, approve or publish through LONTSI. You grant LONTSI a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, modify, display and transmit Content only as needed to provide, secure and improve the Service.
To report copyright infringement or request removal of allegedly infringing Content, contact support@lontsi.app with identification of the work, the location of the Content and proof that you are authorized to act.
Third-party services and API limits
LONTSI depends on third-party services including X, AI providers, Appwrite and Paddle. Their availability, rate limits, paid API credits, policy changes or outages may affect authentication, generation, analytics, publishing or scheduled automation. We are not responsible for third-party service failures or restrictions.
Payments, subscriptions and cancellation
LONTSI offers paid plans with different usage limits, automation features or support levels. Prices, taxes, renewal frequency and plan details are shown at checkout. Paddle acts as merchant of record and handles payment processing, invoices, taxes and subscription billing.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date. You can cancel through the billing flow or by contacting support. Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, cancellation stops future renewal but does not create a prorated refund for the remaining subscription period.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free operation, data preservation, third-party API availability, publishing success, audience growth or commercial outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LONTSI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or lost-profit damages.
Force majeure
LONTSI is not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside reasonable control, including X API changes or outages, cloud provider failures, payment processor incidents, security attacks, legal restrictions, labor disputes, natural events, war or internet infrastructure failures.
Governing law and changes
Unless a mandatory local consumer law applies, these terms are governed by the laws of France. We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email, in-product notice or publication on this page before or when they take effect. Continued use of LONTSI after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
Previous public versions may be requested by contacting support@lontsi.app. We will keep a dated record of material versions when updates are published.

Refund policy
Refunds are handled case by case when the product was unusable, a duplicate charge happened, or the billing event was incorrect.
Refund window and procedure
If LONTSI does not work as expected, contact us within 14 days of your first payment at support@lontsi.app. We will review the request and may issue a refund when the product was not usable, a duplicate charge occurred, or billing was made in error. Include your account email, Paddle receipt and a short description of the issue.
Exceptions
Refunds are generally not provided for unused time after cancellation, failure to cancel before renewal, third-party API limits, X API credit exhaustion, or content performance outcomes such as reach, likes, followers or revenue.
Processing
Approved refunds are processed through Paddle and returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on Paddle, the card network and your bank.
Termination
If your account is terminated for non-payment, abuse, fraud or violation of these terms, access to paid features may stop immediately and refunds may be refused unless required by law.
