Terms and policies

These terms apply to LONTSI, an AI-assisted workspace for generating, scheduling and managing content for X. Last updated: April 26, 2026.

Terms and conditions

By accessing or using LONTSI, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

LONTSI provides tools to generate, schedule, review and manage posts for X. You are responsible for the content you create, approve, schedule or publish through the service, including compliance with X rules, advertising laws and any applicable regulations.

You must keep your account access secure and ensure that any connected X account, RSS feed or third-party source is connected with proper authorization. We may suspend access if we detect abuse, unlawful activity, security risk or usage that harms the platform.

AI-generated content may be inaccurate or unsuitable. You should review generated output before publishing. LONTSI does not guarantee follower growth, engagement, revenue, reach or uninterrupted access to third-party APIs.

Subscription billing is handled by Paddle as merchant of record. Prices, taxes and billing terms are displayed at checkout before payment. You can cancel your subscription before renewal to avoid future charges.

Privacy policy

We collect the information required to operate LONTSI, including account identifiers, connected X profile data, scheduled posts, RSS source URLs, AI preferences and operational logs.

We use this information to provide authentication, content generation, scheduling, analytics, customer support, abuse prevention and product improvement. OAuth tokens are stored securely and used only to perform actions requested by you.

We do not sell personal data. We may share limited information with service providers needed to run the product, such as hosting, database infrastructure, AI providers, payment processing through Paddle and analytics or support tooling.

You may request access, correction or deletion of your account data by contacting support@lontsi.app. Some records may be retained when required for security, legal, tax or billing obligations.

Refund policy

If LONTSI does not work as expected, contact us within 14 days of your first payment at support@lontsi.dev. We will review the request and may issue a refund when the product was not usable, a duplicate charge occurred, or billing was made in error.

Refunds are generally not provided for unused time after cancellation, failure to cancel before renewal, third-party API limits, X API credit exhaustion, or content performance outcomes such as reach, likes, followers or revenue.

Approved refunds are processed through Paddle and returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on Paddle, the card network and your bank.
